Here are the images from the "Interactive Floor Plan" feature on the Ryan Homes website that represents the Lincolnshire Plan and the additions / changes that we made in our cost estimate and selections meetings. 

First floor additions: Upgraded kitchen and island, sitting room, 4' extension to family room, upgraded owner's bath

Second floor additions: Bonus room, Jack &Jill second bath

Basement additions: Wet bar rough in, finished rec room and bathroom.
